Shipping, Returns, & Exchange Policy
- Items purchased through our online store will ship out within 1-2 Business days. As we use ground shipping through USPS, shipments can take from 2-8 days to reach their destination.
- Once an item is shipped we are unable to cancel the order.
- We do not currently accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations past the point of shipment.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is ineffective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and rectify it as soon as possible.
Refunds
In the event we are unable to fix issues with your order, we will evaluate the eligibility for a refund and will inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method. Please note your bank or credit card company may take time to process and post the refunded amount.
